Excellence is a persistent pursuit of perfection. This has been embodied amply in “The Quest for Intelligence” powered by FIITJEE in association with The Hindu. The reverberating and spell-binding event was conducted in the sprawling precincts of FIITJEE Global schools on March 25th at Vellore campus and March 26th at Chennai campus. In the initial phase, the contest was held digitally through QFI app which set at fever pitch as the contestants came up with their responses in no time leaving a thin margin between the entries. The next round followed as the buzzer round to further short list the contestants for the finale. The final round again was the buzzer round imposing very tough competition to find the best among the equals.
The quiz for each of the three categories had age-appropriate discrete ideas going in depth into the nuances of sciences at large. The audience was amazed by the deep knowledge and perceptions of the participants delivered in double-quick time. The cerebral gymnastics attracted immensely the young minds from a plethora of schools and areas who beelined to the venue with a lot of verve and vigor. They were divided into three different age groups, viz. (i) Beginner 7-10 years, (ii) Learner 10-13 years & (iii) Master 13-16 years. As attractive cash prizes and scholarships were up for grabs, intense competition was on the cards.
Hundreds of students have brushed their “IQ Skills” with the thrilling experience of the live mega-quiz.
